Caring, thoughtful, and credentialed, Dr. Pavlou completed a Ph.D. at Loyola University and a residency at Rush University in Chicago. She worked on the attending staff and faculty of Rush Medical College, and supplemented her clinical work with teaching, research, and publication. She developed an interest in working with long term stress. Dr. Pavlou transitioned into private practice in Chicago and Oak Park. She views psychotherapy as a process unique to the character of each person, and she utilizes a range of approaches.
